Louise Fletcher is the Co-founder and President of Blue Sky Resumes, a company widely recognized as a pioneer in the field of career marketing.

She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and an active member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers (PARW) and the Career Masters Institute, where she has written articles and led seminars for other resume professionals.

Prior to starting Blue Sky, Louise spent 15 years in senior HR roles in a variety of industries including music, advertising, fashion and video game development. During this time, she managed the recruitment and selection of employees at all levels, from entry-level to President. Upon leaving the corporate world. Louise used her knowledge of the job search process to create her proprietary resume writing system which is now used by all Blue Sky writers, and featured in her book, The Complete Guide to Resume Writing.

Louise’s articles on job search strategy and resume writing have appeared in numerous web publications and many of her resumes have been selected for publication in the JISTworks "Expert Resume" series.

In 2004, she co-founded the pioneering group blog, Career Hub, which brings together 24 careers experts to provide leading edge job search and career advice to senior-level and executive job seekers. Career Hub was recently selected as the #1 HR-related blog by HR World.

PHIL FLETCHER, CO-FOUNDER/WEB DESIGNER

Phil manages the design and production of all online portfolios for Blue Sky Resumes. He has an extensive management background in the entertainment industry, most recently as Senior Vice President for Muze Inc., a leading entertainment content provider. In this role, he led the development of web content provided to retailers and portals including Yahoo!, AOL, Amazon, Borders and MTV. During his career, Phil has hired well over 1,000 people. When creating web marketing campaigns for clients, he combines his understanding of the needs of hiring managers and executives with an in-depth understanding of the communication power of the web and the importance of compelling content.

JEAN ORRISON, JOB SEARCH & INTERVIEW COACH

Jean has over 20 years of professional experience in human resources, recruitment and administrative services. As a former HR Director and professional recruiter, Jean has recruited candidates at all levels - from entry-level to senior executives - and she now uses her knowledge of the recruitment process to give Blue Sky clients a clear edge over their competition. She specializes in helping candidates develop proactive job search strategies and prepare for interviews. She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville in Kentucky and a degree in English Writing from Saint Edward's University in Austin Texas.

DAN DOROTIK, NCRW

Dan Dorotik has been writing resumes since 1997 and has worked with over 1,800 job seekers across a broad range of industries, including finance, technology, sales, marketing, operations, and unique fields such as agricultural management, international diplomacy, household/estate management, and fitness training. Dan is a Nationally Certified Resume Writer and an active member of the National Resume Writers Association, having previously served on the organization's Certification Committee.
