Stephen’s original resume suffered from a common problem – he was trying to tell potential employers too much.
With his new resume, we focused on two main messages:
1) Industry expertise (because he was staying in the same industry).
2) Results (and how he achieved them)!
We used selective bolding and other formatting tricks to emphasize these two points. It’s hard to imagine an employer in the CRM industry not wanting to interview Stephen.
